Course Booking

• Unless previously arranged, payment is required before attending the course
• Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment
• Unless payment is received 5 days before the course, the participant cannot be guaranteed a place on the course

Course Substitution

• Substitution of participants is accepted free of charge at any time

Course Cancellation

• Refunds are given on receipt of written cancellation 5 or more working days prior to the course commencement
• Refunds are not given for non attendance

Re-Scheduling of a Course Booking

• Greater than 10 working days no charge is payable
• Between 5 and 10 working days a charge of 50% of the total invoice is payable
• Less than 5 working days the total amount of the invoice is payable
