I will always be most grateful to Chris and Angela for the immense added value they provided; with their prompting and expert guidance they helped us to understand what we did and did not need, how to work more smartly and how to develop safe and reliable practices; they steered us in constructive directions and equipped the organisation and its employees with the tools and skills to better do their job. Having provided tailored training and manuals they supported staff with a call-on service by phone and email, with nothing ever seeming to be too much trouble.

Christine has remarkable resilience and tenacity along with a very engaging personality that we have really enjoyed. She has an ability to relate to all sorts of people at all levels of the organisation. One of the challenges was to gather information form some rather negative stressed people who don’t enjoy using computers. Chris was fantastic at breaking down the barriers and finding ways that would work for them. Her documentation and training outputs are of a very high standard and in particular makes them appropriate to the audience. Christine has been very good at supporting and mentoring other trainers around her. Christine has superb communication skills and actively manages change.

Angela delivers. She has great analysis and training skills and picks up new systems extremely quickly. You can leave Angela to design, test, document and train an end to end set of processes with the right level of consultation along the way. She was very popular with our end users and added value endlessly. Both her training and documentation skills are superb. When Angela left, she left us in a great position with really good handover process and documentation – she is very good at sharing her skills and knowledge.
